Cancelled my order without telling me

I ordered a cleaning kit for my UGG boots, and a couple of weeks later received a follow up email asking if I liked it, how well it worked. I hadn't received the kit yet. After a total of four weeks, I called to ask on status of the order. They had cancelled it without telling me. The U.S. UGG site accepted my order and shipping address for Canada, but they don't ship to Canada. At the time I ordered it, the Canadian site didn't show this kit (now it does, but it's far more than the US price with exchange rate). How about letting me know when you cancelled the order, and why, and even better, not accepting the order if you can't ship to Canada??

I ordered The New sugar sandles in blue

I ordered a shoe from Ugg’s warehouse and they only sent me one shoe. Now the shoe is out of stock. Customer service was know help at all what so Ever. Only a 40 dollar discount. I should get a Free sandal, very unprofessional and Don’t care if they mess up your order. This the second time I had a issue with this place. Do better people are spending there money. It took over 5 days to get them. One left shoe but know right shoe and Now it’s not in stock, what a way to do people. Wow

Ordered a pair of slippers at 3 am

Ordered a pair of slippers at 3 am. Emailed them about incorrect color and then received and email about free expedited shipping. Messaged them on FB. They said no changing because my order is too far along. It's 10am the same day. It hasn't been shipped. They won't change it but they did send me a return label. Seems like could be more proactive instead of spending money in returns.

I ordered a pair of the new platform…

I ordered a pair of the new platform fluff sandals but received a pair of Teva hiking sandals. Of course the platform sandals are sold out. I will be reimbursed, but I am very irritated because I really liked the ones that I ordered. Now I have to be inconvenienced by returning an item that I did not purchase. Ugg and Decker Company need to better in their warehouse sorting merchandise.

Awful.

Got an $80 pair of slippers. After only a few months of evening wear indoors, the fuzz is worn off all over the soles of these. UGG Customer Service was no help. I would not recommend UGG to anyone and will not be buying anything from UGG in the future.

Ugg's customer service is horrible

Ugg's customer service is horrible! Instead of honoring a coupon on a order that had not yet shipped, they cancelled the order and made me reorder it. I have never experienced customer service with so little focus on the customer! In a world where service matters, it's a shame that their product quality doesn't translate to quality service!

They rejected my order

They rejected my order, just because I tried to buy my shoes with an Bulgarian card, but they took my money and I am still waiting for the refund! They took my money and then they rejected the order!! Don’t order from them! They are scammers! UGG Italia!!!!

Awful company

Awful company. You can only raise a return online and the reference i was given doesnt work. I have emailed them on several occasions for them to email me one directly so i can print out so i can get these goods returned. Still no response. I have given them another day to respone and will then be starting a dispute with my credit card company. Do not deal with them, they are a shambles.

ordered a present for my partner took my money then told me nearly a week later it was not in stock and i will get my money back in 7 days thanks a bunch. will never shop with you again

I placed an order and some how their system
Only took my apartment number city and state I called Ugg customer service as soon as it happened but they were closed so tried to text but never got a response I had to wait till phone customer service opened back up when I finally did reach a representative I was told that he would get it correct and was reassured it would be fixed I called the following day and spoke with another Rep and was told that I was given inaccurate information that once an order is shipped they can’t modify it but since I was told by a rep that it could as a one time courtesy they would get it corrected I would just have to call back once I received shipping confirmation I called back once I got an alert and was told by another rep she would get it correct but it never was correct I spoke with a Supervisor and was told I would get an email once the problem was fixed and I never received an email for this to be a very popular company I have never experienced such poor customer service I have yet to be helped with an ongoing order order number N31878674

Aweful customer service

Aweful customer service. I ordered 4 pairs of boots on October 12. Paid extra for fast delivery since this was for birthday presents. The order was supposed to arrive 4 days later. I am checking tracking on the site and it shows that the order is still being prepared. I have tried to call customer service for 3 days and no one picks up the phone. I tried using the chat on the site... guess what? no one answered. I tried to text and they resounded over 24 hours later. I texted back requesting a refund and cancellation and they tell me that they can't give me a refund because the order is being prepared. Are you kidding me? What kind of company is this?
